| | 20th Century Fox Hires A Workers' Compensation Supervisor
By Lonce LaMon - February 15, 2010Barbara Martin is now the Workers' Compensation Supervisor at Fox Entertainment Group, aka 20th Century Fox, in Century City, California. She started there on February 1st.
Barbara's job is to oversee the claims handling at Gallagher Bassett in Calabasas, and to act as the liaison person from Fox, as the employer, to Gallagher, as the Third Party Administrator.
Barbara lives in Northridge, California, and previously worked in the San Fernando Valley just after the turn of the millenium at Zenith Insurance Company in Woodland Hills, and then at ESIS in Woodland Hills (before they moved to Chatsworth) as a claims adjuster. Then she worked as an adjuster in Valencia at both AIMS and SCRMA. Now, she's excited to be working on the employer's side.
Janice Horning is the new workers' compensation claims manager recently appointed at the County of San Diego. The County of San Diego is self-insured and also self-administered. Their claims are handled in their risk management offices on Beach Street in San Diego, California.
