A Judge Leaves The Bench For Zenith And GAB Hires Laura Keith
By Lonce LaMon - January 27, 2010

Pam Foust, Attorney At Law, who wrote California Lien Claims In Workers’ Compensation Cases, is now at Zenith Insurance Company in Woodland Hills, California.  She will work in the capacity of a Claims Legal/Technical Specialist advising all attorneys in matters of workers’ compensation law.   She is a former Judge who just stepped off the bench after 25 years of service in California as a Workers’ Compensation Judge.

Laura Keith is now a workers’ compensation claims examiner at GAB Robins in Burbank.   Laura most recently worked briefly for about 3, 4 months at AIMs in Valencia, but just prior to AIMs worked for 5 solid years at Octagon Risk Services/Sedgwick CMS in Van Nuys.  Laura handled the claims on the Betty Ford Center account there.

Laura and Manny Canas have a two-year-old daughter named Annabelle.  Manny is now an examiner handling the City of Los Angeles account at TriStar Risk Management in Alhambra.   Prior to starting at TriStar in December of 2009, Manny was an examiner for almost 6 years at Octagon/Sedgwick CMS in Van Nuys.

Dena Williams is now an examiner at Chubb Services in Downtown Los Angeles.  Dena was a Claims Supervisor at Cambridge Integrated Services Group in Pasadena, California, from 2006 to 2008 before and leading up until the County of L.A. account moved to AIMS and the City of L.A. account moved to TriStar.  Then Cambridge was sold to Xchanging and henceforth that office closed—all within these past two-three years.  Dena has taken over the case load at Chubb that was left due to the untimely death of Louise Mitchell, which happened in October of 2009.
